Our loyalty program offers rewards by collecting points that can be redeemed later as cashback during checkout.

With every purchase, you receive points that later can be redeemed as discounts and gifts during checkout. Use your Points to apply discounts on your next orders,

 10% cashback on your purchases.
  • Points are not transferable to any other party.
  • They may only be used by the member of the program who has earned them only for the member’s personal benefits. Member benefits cannot be combined with benefits accrued by another member. Member benefits will not be applied retroactively to any prior purchases.Unsubscribed customers can not benefit from the program.
  • Earned points will popup automatically when a customer logs in showing the point’s equivalent value in USD. In addition, members can inquire about their points balance by contacting the customer service by phone: 09-211461 Ext: 134 or by email: sales@tchooz.com
  • Points will be added right after payment is settled.
  • Online loyalty points can only be redeemed online and not in stores.
  • Store loyalty cards can’t be redeemed online.
  • If a customer wants to redeem all points and the value of the purchase exceeds the value of the loyalty points available in the membership account, the remaining amount can be paid by the member using a valid payment method(Cash or Credit Card). Accordingly, the customer will get loyalty points for the cash amount he paid for: (10 Points for every 1 USD spent.).
  • If a customer wants to exchange and the value of the new items exceeds the value of the exchanged items, the customer will get loyalty points for the cash difference amount he paid for: (10 Points for every 1 USD spent.).
  • Once the redemption transaction is successfully done, it cannot be cancelled.
