سياسة الإستبداللديك الفرصة بتبديل مشترياتك خلال 30 أيام عمل على الأقصى، ابتداءً من تاريخ التسليم. للمضي في عملية التبديل، أرسل بريداً إلكترونياً بالمنتجات التي تودّ تبديلها مع رقم الطلبية وأسباب الإستبدال إلى العنوان التاليsales@tchoozshoes.com . بعد ذلك، إختر المنتجات البديلة على موقع www.tchoozshoes.com ، على أن تكون بنفس قيمة الطلبية الأولى أو أعلى. عند تسليمك المنتجات الجديدة، تقوم بإعادة المنتجات المستبدلة لشركة الشحن وكذلك بتسديد فرق المبلغ المدفوع سابقاً، إن كان هناك من فرق. يمكنك أيضًا إجراء عملية التبديل مباشرة في أحد متاجرنا. يجب أن تكون جميع المنتجات المستبدلة في الحالة نفسها التي كانت عليها عند استلامها، أي في التغليف الأصلي، مع المحافظة على جميع البطاقات والملصقات الأصلية والفاتورة. البضائع التي تمّ ارتداؤها، أو استعمالها أو حصل عليها أي تغيير، لا يقبل استبدالها. إن أسعار المنتجات ستحتسب على سعرها الحالي في السوق. يجب استبدال المنتجات بأخرى لها نفس القيمة النقدية أو أعلى. لا يمكن استعادة ثمن السلع المباعة.
